Launch of Faxination 2024 

Faxination 2024 has been a cornerstone of our success this year. With improved functionality, enhanced security, and seamless integrations, Faxination 2024 offers an unparalleled experience for businesses aiming to modernize their communication systems.

New Website Launch 

Our revamped website went live in 2024. Visitors now have a seamless experience exploring our services, accessing resources, and contacting our team. With a fresh, user-friendly design and interface, learning about Faxination is now more intuitive than ever. 

PCI Recertification 

We’ve proudly achieved PCI Recertification this year. Now, Faxination meets the highest standards of security and compliance for handling sensitive data. For our customers, this means even greater peace of mind when using Faxination for their communication needs. 

Faxination Cloud Platform Expands to the US

One major milestone for 2024 was the successful launch of the Faxination Cloud Platform in the United States. This expansion allows customers across the US to have access to reliable, secure, and scalable cloud-based fax solutions. 

New Global Support Portal and Knowledge Center 

We introduced a state-of-the-art Global Support Portal and Knowledge Center powered by Salesforce. This new portal streamlines customer support and provides users with access to a wealth of fax resources and learning materials. It’s all part of our mission to make customer experiences as seamless as possible. 

Migration to the Cloud Fax Platform

Another significant win in 2024 was migrating customers from on-premise setups to our cloud fax platform. This shift empowers our users with enhanced flexibility, security, and scalability in their fax workflows. 

Additional Improvements to Faxination 

• Developing a New Onboarding Packet: To enhance our customer experience, we launched a new onboarding packet for 2024. This resource equips customers with the tools and knowledge they need to get started with Faxination quickly and effectively. 
• Enhanced Connectors and Integrations: We added more connectors and integrations to streamline workflows.  Such updates allow our customers to easily incorporate Faxination into their existing business processes. 
• Focus on SMS: One of our main focuses this year was SMS-to-fax functionality. This addition gives users even more ways to communicate efficiently within their business environments. 
• New Learning Center and Knowledge Base: We’ve launched a comprehensive knowledge base and learning center so customers can have easier access to tutorials, troubleshooting guides, and other helpful documentation to maximize their use of Faxination. 

Looking Forward to 2025 

While 2024 has been an incredible year, we’re even more excited about what’s to come in 2025. Here’s what’s on our roadmap for the year ahead: 

• Website Chat Feature: We’re planning to launch a website chat feature to enhance communication with both prospects and customers. This will make it easier to get quick answers to your questions and support whenever it’s needed. 
• Salesforce Connector: Our Salesforce customers can look forward to a dedicated connector that will simplify workflows and boost productivity by seamlessly integrating Faxination within the Salesforce ecosystem. 
• Notification and Alert Mechanism: We’ll be introducing a new notification system to send out alerts for critical thresholds. This added feature ensures users can monitor and address important updates more effectively. 
• SMS Expansion: Our focus on SMS will continue into 2025, providing even more robust options for modern communication within your organization. 
• Asia Cloud Platform Expansion: To support our growing customer base, we plan to expand the Faxination Cloud Platform into Asia, ensuring our global customers have access to reliable cloud-based solutions.
