Employee Spotlight: Meet Craig

Where are you from?

I was born in South Africa, lived in the USA for some time, and have recently returned to live in Johannesburg.

Tell us about your role at Fenestrae

I have worked at Fenestrae for 4 months wearing many different hats. I have been involved on the technical side of Faxination On-Premise for decades; and recently the Cloud solution. I am a Global Support Engineer, servicing customers on technical support issues and providing remote and installation assistance.

What is your favorite thing about your job?

I love that every day is different. The issues and support tickets change and we service so many customers, I always get to meet and communicate with new people. I love working with the Fenestrae team, our partners and customers to solve their challenges.

What are some of your best skills?

In a support role, it is important to think on your feet and try to solve challenges by thinking outside the box, which is definitely a strength of mine. I also believe I am a strong communicator and know how to work with people from different backgrounds.

What do you like to do for fun outside of work?

When I am not working, I spend all of my free time with my wife and three daughters. Family time is extremely important to me! I am passionate about drawing and painting, although I don’t have much free time to do it.
