I was born in Baltimore Maryland and I’m currently living in Covington, Georgia.
Tell us about your role at Fenestrae
I have been a Global Support Engineer at Fenestrae for over 18 years. My main areas of focus and expertise are technical support, remote installation and assistance with customer and partner issues.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
My favorite thing about my job at Fenestrae is the relationships I’ve built with people from all over the world. Working at a global company helps build connections and is fun to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
What are some of your best skills?
I would say my best skills are my interpersonal skills around active listening and empathy, as well as problem solving efficiency. I really need to focus on this in order to help our customers.
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
When I am not working, I really enjoy reading and playing basketball.
